No. Portal records are read in your own browser, in your own signed-in session, by the Valytica Capture extension — you see the page, you solve the captcha, and the screenshot is kept against the case as proof. That is what a bank reviewer can actually accept.
Entirely. You sign and own every report. Valytica is a tool — the valuation, the signature and the liability remain with you, the registered valuer.
Case files, photos and AI outputs are stored in India (Mumbai). Row-level security means each firm sees only its own cases. You can export your own personal data and close your account from inside the app.
